I’ve been a personal trainer and health coach for over 15 years. I left my full time office job to pursue to my passion because I love helping people find ways to integrate a healthy lifestyle into their life.

My soul fills when I see the little smirk of satisfaction when a client lifts way more weight then they ever thought they could. When a client realizes that the number on scale actually isn’t that important and defines other health goals, my heart skips a beat. Hearing from clients how improving their health has rippled into other areas of their lives is a story-time I could sit through for hours on end.I’ve been a personal trainer and health coach for over 15 years.

Associate Trainer


I am a Level 1 ACE Certified Personal Trainer who graduated from InfoFit Fitness College’s full-time Personal Training Diploma program. Through InfoFit, I developed a strong foundation in exercise science, anatomy, fitness assessments, hands-on coaching, and individualized program design with an emphasis on proper form, injury prevention, and safe progression. My perspective on fitness is about building a strong, functional body that supports long term health and overall quality of life.

I’ve been active most of my life, playing 14 years of soccer, training in various combat sports like boxing and kickboxing, and resistance training for the past 6 years. It's definitely become a continuous passion of mine, and it keeps growing!

Having personally rehabilitated two patella injuries, I’ve experienced firsthand how proper technique, structured programming, and small adjustments can completely transform performance, recovery and longevity. Fitness has also had a positive impact on my mental health which has built a foundation for a more holistic approach to training.

I'm excited to be learning from and working alongside Marisa as I continue gaining hands-on experience and furthering my education to become the best coach I can be for my clients. My focus is on helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and supported in building sustainable habits that improve their quality of life.
