    You’ll be given a link to schedule your sessions and you can book one a week for three weeks consecutively, or you can do one a month for thee months. Up to you.

    In our intro call (click above to schedule it) we can chat about what you’d like to get out of our time together and I can suggest an option that aligns with that.

    The ‘Start the Shift’ coaching package opens the conversation up to whatever you feel you’d like to focus on in your life. Where do you feel stuck, limited, or out of alignment. Where should we focus our time and energy in our session to help you move forward.

    Sometimes shifting something in your health can have a domino effect into other areas of your life.

    Sometimes we focus on our health because it feels like something tangible we can shift, and affect, when other things feels unmanageable or out of our control (when in fact we likely have more say in those areas than we realize). Often I see clients chase health or weight loss, when in reality, losing 10 lbs won’t make you magically happy and loving your job.

    Coaching looks at the bigger picture.
