Hi, I'm Marisa Mae!

I’ve been a personal trainer and health coach for over 13 years. I left my full time office job to pursue to my passion because I love helping people find ways to integrate a healthy lifestyle into their life. My soul fills when I see the little smirk of satisfaction when a client lifts way more weight then they ever thought they could. When a client realizes that the number on scale actually isn’t that important and defines other health goals, my heart skips a beat. Hearing from clients how improving their health has rippled into other areas of their lives is a story-time I could sit through for hours on end.

What sets me apart is my holistic 5 Pillar Whole Health Approach to health & wellness. I understand that physical fitness, mental well-being, proper nutrition, stress management and putting your energy into impactful work or opportunities are all interconnected and essential for a fulfilling life. I acknowledge that every person has a unique and busy life, and a cookie-cutter just won’t work long term. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them find the path, habits, & structure that aligns with them, and their goals.

As a corporate coach, I understand the importance of employee well-being and its impact on productivity and success in the workplace. I collaborate with companies to develop customized wellness programs that promote physical fitness, stress management, and overall mental well-being. Through workshops, seminars, and personalized coaching sessions, I empower individuals to reach their full potential both professionally and personally.
